At EmJ Pilates, we value the partnerships we build with our clients. Respecting one another's time allows us to provide the best possible experience for everyone. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule: Please contact your instructor directly by phone or text. You may also cancel your appointment through the Glofox app; however, instructors do not receive notifications when appointments are canceled through the app. If you cancel in Glofox, please also notify your instructor directly to ensure your cancellation is received.
